MONICA RUECHEL

I'm a 23 year old Puerto Rican powerlifter from just outside of Atlanta, GA. My fitness goals are centered around my strength, and I've noticed that one of the most common misconceptions about women in strength sports are that we look "masculine" due to the size of our muscles. My goals in the modeling industry are to showcase that "strong" is synonymous with "sexy," and that it's possible to maintain your femininity while increasing your strength and muscle mass. I want to crush the stereotypes surrounding women in strength sports, one shoot at a time!
